Order processing

 

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery times

 

Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays or remote delivery areas. We ship internationally, with the exception of some remote islands.

 

Shipping costs

 

Tracked shipping is free on all orders. Any applicable costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Tracking

 

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your delivery in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Customs and duties

 

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Wrong or incomplete address

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Lost or delayed parcels

 

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us at baderinho05@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
